She is the queen of workout DVDs, with one of the biggest fitness DVDs of all time, the ‘Thirty Day Shred’ being made by her. You may recognize her from a number of TV shows in the United States. This is a very popular DVD, and many TV networks out there used to run this on a regular basis. They don’t do that so much anymore, and the only way in which you are going to get the workout that you really need is buy purchasing this particular DVD.
There are two thirty minute workouts on the DVD. These are called level 1 and level 2. Of course, the level 2 workouts are a bit more advanced, and it may take a while before you are ready to tackle them.
Whilst the other workout DVDs that we have mentioned so far have been designed for relaxation and the like, this DVD has been designed for fast weight loss. Yes, Jillian is going to make you work incredibly hard to get you to the weight that you want to be, but if you follow this technique, you will be able to lose up to five pounds a week. This is a huge amount!

Along the way, you will be introduced to a plethora of different yoga techniques, each of them designed to help you lose weight, boost your strength and, overall, just boost your energy.

There are three 55 minute levels in here, so you are really going to need to put the work in! This DVD has been designed for those who wish to lose weight as quickly as possible. All of the workouts that you find in this particular DVD have been adapted from the hit TV show; Biggest Loser, so you know that they are going to be effective!
